Dr. Hansen is originally from Indianapolis. He obtained his dental degree from Temple University, and a Master’s Degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. In dental school, Dr. Hansen received awards from the faculty for the highest academic average, and for achieving the highest proficiency in dentistry.

In addition to being a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Dr. Hansen is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Hansen and his wife, Haley, have 4 daughters, Isla, Cecilia, Vivienne, and Eliza.
